Key Responsibilities:

Develop a thorough understanding of insurance products and industry trends to assist existing and new clients in identifying their needs
Work alongside the agent to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals
Build relationships within the community to generate leads and referrals

Lines of Business:

In this role, you will be working with various lines of business, including personal lines, commercial lines, and farm/ranch insurance.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
If not already licensed in Ohio, be prepared to obtain the Property & Casualty and Life & Health Ohio insurance licenses within the first 60 days
Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required
