As our Customer Care Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our office — handling day-to-day service tasks, supporting clients, and helping the team run smoothly. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn your insurance licenses and advance into a licensed team member role within 6-12 months.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure excellent client service
- Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and service requests
- Support outreach efforts to maintain and build strong client relationships
- Follow up on tasks and help solve problems as they arise
- Prepare for and obtain insurance licenses with our full training and mentorship
- Collaborate with the team to meet office goals and improve processes
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills
- No prior insurance experience required — we provide all necessary training!
- High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
