Adam Bibb State Farm, located in Delaware, Ohio, is seeking an organized and outgoing entry-level professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Able to learn computer functions
- Organizational skills
- Must have a reliable source of transportation

Responsibilities
- Process existing customer requests, assist with customer billing questions, facilitate customer communication with claims, and oversee onboarding process.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues and inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and engage in meaningful customer-led conversations to uncover unmet insurance needs.
